Agreed. But we also need to me mindful it's India. We should be so lucky they at least publicised this change. I haven't actually been told directly (not even a generic email) how I'm impacted by this, but that's not surprising.
And going by my recent experience in flying First just a few days ago, it's more signs that AI / Tata have a long, long, long, long, long way to go on the service front. It's a very high mountain they aim to climb. Thy will probably get there at some point, but I don't think it will be in my lifetime.
