Bonvoy website says this new property is opening in May 2024, but no nightly rates have been uploaded yet.
It looks like they have refurbished/renovated a building from the 1940s/1950s that was previously an independent hotel.
Location is slightly beyond the Vatican...not entirely central, but not too out of the way either.
