I had one stay there in November 2022. Got an upgraded room overlooking the pool (which is closed in winter), so no problems with noise. Except for the road and tram this is a very quiet area. The room was very large, but had a strange setup with a shower cabinet outside the bathroom near the bed.

Quite limited breakfast. Not much restaurants nearby, I found one small asian restaurant "Kroren" diagonally across the street and some low-cost Turkish restaurants near the next tram-stop. (I did not try the hotel restaurant.) I also went to the small Panorama 1453 History Museum nearby, which was ok since I got the local price (80 TL), but maybe not worth it for the tourist price (500 TL).

I found the tram to always be very full, and it is not very quick for going any further than Sultanahmet.

Personally among the low-cost hotels in Istanbul I prefer CP Harbiye and HI Kadikoy, but they do require more walking and/or using Uber.
