I’ve just returned from a British Airways 14 hour overnight flight upgraded my seat to First so I could sleep and the seat was stuck in upright position.. (tv or lighting also did not work). It was a newly refurbished plane and I was counting on a flat bed due to an injury . Steward said this had been happening a lot and especially in Business Class. BA refusing to refund. Anyone else had this issue?? Understand sometimes things go wrong but not to refund and compensate is so bad
