I'm not sure exactly how you drive the food costs of a salad up to meet certain people's expectations, but I am thankful Delta has some simple and health options like this and the roasted chicken dish. It's a nice change from 8000 calories and carbs and 2 million grams of salt. JMO.
Agreed on both counts. But in case folks don't know this, burrata is a cheese made from heavy cream (!), so an entire orb of it in this salad is both why the salad is so good and why it's not nearly as low-calorie as some might assume. Together with that generous dollop of pesto (oil, nuts, and cheese) I'd imagine the burrata-pesto salad is around 1000 calories....
