I have an LG gram - 17" screen, battery lasts 8-12 hours and it weighs around 3 lb! I liked it so much I bought another one last year (so I have my "travel" one and the same one for "home" or backup if 1 fails.)
Costco recently had it on sale for $400 off making it $900. With each year the hd and memory increase but the price doesn't.
I don't game but for streaming, surfing, etc. it's good.
I love the combo of a big screen (bad eyes) and light weight. The newer ones come with usb C charger - so nice not to have to had a special cord as well!
