I showed up at the property with a reservation that didn't disclose and that is when the front desk told me they don't participate in as such that no upgrade, no lounge access, no titanium amenity, nor late checkout was possible. The FRONT OFFICE OPERATIONS MANAGER was the one who tried to check me in and told me all of this.

Another reason to avoid: their website is completely detached from reality in terms of "residence" aka room views, descriptions and features. Avoid!
