Not sure why you want to load GO so bad. Maybe DM me and we can chat it through. However, my take is once I have money on my Discover/Serve/One I transfer it to my hub bank and pay my CC from there.

Regarding Cash App, go sign up. You can order a debit card in the app. Once that arrives you can use it for anything you use debit cards for. Sounds like you already know _how_ to load your GO from Cash App. As far as loading Cash App goes, the app lets you add one debit card for loading and they just pull the money off your debit card. The App also lets you add one Bank account for cashing out. When you pull money from your debit, It's immediately posted to cash app. I added my Serve Visa as the debit and my hub bank for cashing out.
