Hello all - thanks very much in advance for any help with this question.

Out of curiosity, having just seen the sad news that the longstanding call centre team in Hong Kong has been cut, I was wondering if there are any call centre locations left in the world apart from India which can perform ticketing themselves without going into the very slow UK queue. That is if locations in India can still perform ticketing and I am not making a mistake!

It is a major pity that such a respected team in Hong Kong are being cut, and it further signifies change in BA's fortunes from days of old.
