Yes, correct. So if DL can tell me " For trip 1 you were mistakenly awarded X-miles and the correct was Y, and for trip 2 you were mistakenly awarded X-miles and the correct was Y" Then I could either say - "yup, now it makes sense, thanks"......or...."That's not correct"

For more context - The first time I called in was when I was told by the first Supervisor the specific trips that were audited, the date they were audited and that the two trips were being re-que'd by the Skymiles desk. Remember - I'm not able to speak with the Skymiles desk. When the Supervisor came back to relay the news the Skymiles rep was off the phone. Before I could even scroll back months ago to the trips in my Skymiles activity and write down the adjusted mileage of the trips audited they were both back to 0 because of being re-que'd. After waiting 24-hours the trips updated and both trips had segments with $0 MQD, 0 MQM, 0 RDM. So I called in again and that's when I spoke to a second Supervisor, explained the issue and went through being placed on hold while they worked with the Skymiles desk. Once they came back to me I was told again the trips were being re-que'd. Same result 24-hours later - segments from both trips have $0 MQD, 0 MQM, 0 RDM.

All I need from DL is what the original mileage earnings were that they are claiming were incorrect. That's it. Why can't/won't DL tell me that?
