I certainly appreciate your suggestion of sharing the flights so collectively the very knowledgable folks on this board can help brainstorm on what the issue is, but that *is* the issue. DL can't (or won't) even tell me what the original mileage posting was. If they would provide that this would be a non-issue as I could easily do the math and identify where the issue lies. But to be told by both Supervisors who were speaking with the Skymiles desk that "they can't see it" is infuriating. Delta literally logs everything. So it does feel like Delta won't tell me.
