Booked this hotel for 3 nights during the Fringe '24.

Looking for recent comments about surroundings -- ease of walkability from hotel to main sights, etc. -- as we like to walk.

Also, booked into a Queen room - are any rooms better than others?

How is their breakfast and staffing?

Would have tried other hotels, but they are maxed out or at Premium redemptions -- got this hotel for 40,000 points/night, which seems to be a steal when compared to their cash rate....

Any assistance would be most appreciated!
