(I don't know details, but I assume Skyteam partners charge each other in some way for paid/redeemed miles.)

As far as reconciling activity, the Skymiles > My Skymiles > Account Activity page on the Delta website used to allow for exporting activity. Now there is a transaction-by-transaction summary in almost excruciating detail, sorted by date for each MQD and RDM event. There are entries for each segment of an itinerary and separate MQD entries for each transaction on Delta AMEX (not linked to a specific purchase unfortunately.) Rebooked award travel appears as a credit/debit, so it can get confusing.

Detail in and of itself isn't problematic, but it would be nice if there was a way to export for record keeping. If there is a way to export this info into CSV or some other format, I haven't found it.
I'd add that it's not only bad form, but as someone who's a MM, been a DM consectuviely since 2014, and have had the same Skymiles account for over 20-years with zero issues, why am I being manually audited for flights that happened months ago *and* no notes are being left by the agent as to what initially flagged my account, what was wrong, and what they changed on each trip. Is that not SOP for any DL agent?

Additionally, I have enough experience with DL to know roughly what the MQD, RDM & MQM earnings per trip will be. So when these two trips originally posted there was nothing that jumped out (positive or negative). DL has never given me a reason to second guess and not trust them, which now is coming back to burn me. If all of a sudden their systems make a mistake it should be a learning opportunity for DL, not a problem for the customer. Both Supervisors have said they've never seen a negative Skymiles balance like this in the over 20-years working there.
