Citi has no customer service on this card. Just off shore computer readers. I have been digging and found that I have a login to shopyourway.com that has my SYW MC linked to it with one SYW member number. Then there is my SYW MC credit card login on Citi that has a different SYW member number. One ends in one number and the other is the same except for the last number. The card account shows 15k points the other shows 0 points. Is 15k how they give you your $225.00 SUB?
You should contact SYW support, not Citi. I remember reading they can combine the SYW points and fix the account for you.
