I need advice here.

I am planning to stay in the terminal on arrival at TPE. I have lounge access. United Lifetime Gold.
I will go straight to the lounge upstairs after I get off the plane and wait for my next flight.

I know the airport fairly well. I have been through before, The last time was October 2023.

This is my question;

Will l need a Taiwan entry visa staying air side in the airport? Is there a new Taiwan gov. rule on this?

Travelling with cabin baggage only.
I will have my boarding pass for my connecting flight.

I would appreciate your help on this. Many thanks in advance.
