Not 100% relevant, but more relevant than irrelevant:

My plans for the Pepper Crab Do changed about 2 months ago,
and I managed to get an economy award on SQ21/22 with 5
weeks' lead time - the Raffles awards were long gone; AusTX
had scored one, but with what kind of patience and lead time I
don't know. Y on the nonstops turned out to be quite okay,
but I was encouraged by AusTX and mauld coming back and
reporting that the Raffles experience wasn't all that much better
than what I was having (although had the opportunity been
there I would have spent the 30K additional miles).

On another thread, it was pointed out that EWR-SIN, anyhow
SQ21/22, is considered a TransATLANTIC flight. Certainly the
default flight paths loaded into the Airshow show Atlantic
routes; when I took the flights, though, they took an RTW path.
