For some inexperienced may possibly just overrided the original confirmed upg or perhaps the management playing a game downgrading in order to upsell.

If you notice the system will check 5 days in advance, and up untill a day prior of your arrival by 2pm . LOTS properties here in US will most likely deny your nighly upgrade award eventho reflecting for sale on app, or put up a lesser sutie inventory (like corner room or jr suite).
At least from my personal experience last year my 7/10 successfuly upgraded were outside of USA , 3 eventually expired after not honoring here in US.
