Yeah. I did. Thank you. Apparently the hotel cancelled the reservation because of a lack of payment. But it is a flexible reservation so no prepayment was needed. So the person at Accor said he will contact the hotel and ask them to reinstate the reservation and if not, said there should be a way to go above the hotel and have someone at Accor review the circumstances and potentially force the hotel to reinstate the reservation.
Kind of annoying, but hopefully will all work out.
