Update- comment- and questions, not in that order

Nov 21 post previous thread, submitted trip cancellation for emergency surgery, CSR, Kept after them, submitted more documentation Feb 29, 2024.
Was told March 12 that all documents were OK and they were looking over the claim, labeled as pending. I called them Monday this week and they said I would have a decision yesterday, and of course I do not have that. Today still pending. I can't get them to budge, so here is the question.

If I recall correctly somebody had posted a link to a travel blog that had provided contact information at Chase for stuck insurance claims. I have searched both threads plus Google and don't see it. Does anyone remember that post, or have that contact information? Mrs boerne wants to go to a local Chase branch and bug them. Does anyone think somebody at a Chase branch can help? Has anyone used information from this link below to unstick a pending claim?

Comment- As a surgeon, I cannot stress enough, if you are going to file a cancellation claim for a medical or surgical emergency, get the attending physician form, fill it out to the best of your ability, and take it with you to your follow up appointment. When the attending comes in, be ready to hand it to them. They should look it over and make corrections if they need to, and typically they will just sign it. I would add, do your research on your specific problem, and type it in concisely using a PDF editing program. For instance, mine was a retinal detachment. I am not an opthalmologist, so I had to study up to get the information right.
