Sure, this does not go the full length of the seat as on Qsuites, but you would both have to lean lot forward at the same time (TV screen is not that upfront) to see each other.
Anyway, it is easy to see your neighbour when you stand up, even with a full divider.
And the lack of privacy is really from the aisle, which applies to all seats including windows.
But if you value looking at windows, then window seat it is.
Note that 11 window seats have less space than center seats because of a crew cabinet.
