I was refused boarding by wizz airlines! How should I make a claim now?
On September 23, 2023, I experienced a ridiculous thing at Zvartnots International Airport! We originally planned to take flight 5W7014 from Yerevan to Abu Dhabi that day. However, at the gate, the staff asked me to purchase additional luggage, but they failed to provide any explanation or justification for the fee. I expressed my willingness to pay the fee, but also asked to know the name of the person handling it so I could further check later to see if the fee was reasonable, but they refused to provide this information. Considering I had another leg of my trip ahead of me, I offered to pay after a brief argument with the staff and tried to hand over my credit card for them to pay for it. However, the staff refused to accept it. Eventually, while waiting for them, the gate closed and I was denied boarding. I have the evidence that the audio recording clearly recorded that I agreed to pay, and I submitted it to WIZZ Airlines and asked for a claim, but now they insist that I refuse to pay and refuse to provide audio or video evidence. And they also refused to provide proof of refusal, which is really outrageous! ! ! What should I do now?
