I don't wish to add in too much to this thread, and i think the OP did have a reasonable query. however, given the overwhelming wealth of information provided by others it is hard to have any suspicion that the £270 is wrong or relates to anything other than the outbound sector.

Personally I would see that as case closed and be satisfied (and possibly pleasantly surprised ) that the website seems to have got it right.
