No status. Family of 3 with 12 year old. Emailed hotel and was advised to book standard king and have kid sleep on sofa(rollaway bed not anllowed in standard rooms), although to me the sofa in the king room looks pretty small. Would the standard twin be better? I read that the twin beds in Japan are bigger than American twins? My 12 year old is almost adult size. If the sleeping arrangement is a problem, we may go with Hyatt House Shibuya, where we can book a suite. I should add that this is for one night only before our return flight, so Ginza would be more convenient. Have Andaz booked for 4 nights at the beginning of our trip.
