Yes, for me it will be most helpful when I get stuck in a middle seat and just want basically anything but that seat. Just prior to rolling this out I did my usual 72 hr pre departure check of seats and indeed did find an open aisle seat on what previously was a full flight. Needless to say I quickly grabbed it. I am hoping this will at least eliminate this somewhat minor hassle.
