I'm currently sitting in the BA/QF F lounge (and yesterday was in T2 at SIN) and in this location you can access BT Openzone via the ACCESS-Starhub WIFI network. Connect to this service provider, open a web page and a Starhub login screen opens; there is a drop-down list which allows you to select BT Openzone.
One of the wireless networks which is accessable in the BA/QF F lounge at Singapore (and probably in much of the airport as well as other commercial districts of Singapore) requires you only to roam your mobile phone onto their network, and then do some magic with a text message - and then you have free WiFi access to their network It might have been M1, but my memory is getting a bit hazy...
