I do the MAN-LGW run pretty often. The cabin crew are LGW based and therefore fly across the BA mainline LGW network. However I have seen individual crew members across different flights. They are all generally a very friendly and professional bunch.

On the MAN-LHR, you quite often get MAN-based cabin crew and so in my experience you seen them more often than one the LGW run.
