FYI PJs in J are not guaranteed on UA; I have flown LAX/MEL - SYD many times and they often don't have them onboard... sometimes, UA doesn't even load a single one.

QR is probably the most liberal airline when it comes to giving out PJs in J; they consistently do it even on short overnight flights such as DOH - MLE.
