I guess I have to go through security when changing from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1 (probably A gates)? AA was not able to hand me the LH boarding pass in ELP. Where's the best place to get the boarding pass? Connection time in FRA is 1h 15min, I guess that is rather tight?
Out of curiosity, I've never come across an AA/LH ticket, are these common?
Going from D (Terminal 2) to A (Terminal 1) via Skytrain and Z took me 18 min. I ignored the AA lady at the D gate who told me to go landside.
I got my boarding pass directly at the A gate (Z LH service desks were not staffed). I did not need to show a boarding pass on my entire way to the A gate. I had a different experience a few months ago when I was asked for a boarding pass going from a non Schengen B gate to A, hence my initial question.
