It won't be an issue. I had a similar thing happen with my ticket on my TPE-SFO flight and I even specifically asked the check-in agent regarding the middle name and they said for CI it goes like this:

Most ideal: First Middle Last name (matching passport)
Acceptable: First Last name
Acceptable but less so: First Middle Initial Last name
Will be denied boarding: First (misspelled middle) Last name
