No. JL has PJs in F which are yours to keep just like every other airline. What they do recycle in J is more of a cardigan / sweater type top. It’s still kind of gross and I don’t wear them but they’re meant to go over your clothing, not as the only thing you would be wearing on your top half.
What's your point? No one is saying that JL is recycling full PJs in F, but in J, they offer cardigans (most long-haul routes except JFK) and "relaxing wear" (more like PJ tops on JFK flights only) and THEY ARE recycling them.
