The quoted rates for this hotel include taxes and fees, it's been a couple years since we stayed last but as I recall if you whack 20% off the total shown it will be about what you'll earn points on. I was able to grab a double points rate for our stay this summer that made sense (only a few dollars more than the lowest available rate with similar cancellation policies).
