But my experience might well be outdated.
The difference are not huge and not always systematic, I just noticed that e.g. one of the drinks I like is consistently available at the SEN lounge at FRA and never at the Panorama lounge (which is a J lounge).
Visited the LH lounge at LHR three or four times last year and the differences there seemed to be negligible to non-existent. But to be honest, since I spent most of the time at the SQ and UA lounges, I really didn't care too much. Food quality at LHR has been bad for a long time, maybe even worse now.
