To follow-up, as ALGU referenced here, there seems to have been an update to the internal policy, though still nothing official - the website’s FAQ on arrivals access is still not updated…:

Essentially only Enrich Platinum members get access on arrival (Int, Sat & Dom), nothing for Enrich Gold or Business/BSuites passengers. (Apparently Lifetime Plats get +2 guests, standard Plats get a +1.)
