I think that the most outrageous bit of attempted theft was some woman in the First Lounge in T5 who tried to put one of the teapots in her carry on. Her defence was that she would have the full set. Some people are truly shameless. Fancy getting caught!
reminder of public service announcement....buy a good set of noise cancelling headphones for your travels. Good piece of kit to have.
