That was back from September and on a domestic flight it looks like.
I've had it get down to two left for preorder, and on board those two were the only ones they could offer. A row behind me, they could only offer one choice. They won't deny a meal outright, but they won't open up more choices on board. (This is for Polaris, to be sure.)
