I've seen them run out of one choice but never two choices even before the day of departure.
What is preventing them from provisioning enough of all 4 entrees?
Some issue at their plant where they assemble the meals or something?
BTW they've pinged me twice to preorder, which I don't ever recall happening. Maybe they're really going to be short and they don't want to alienate more passengers than they have to?
