At least most of the A4/A5s they're purchasing seem to come with it standard now.
SAV likes to give these out for LCAR rentals still. Gave one to me back in Dec on an LCAR rental, and tried again in January, but I realized the receipt showed it was a Premium Special after the first rental and called them on it the second time and they moved me to a Cadillac XT6.
