“Vegetarian Buddha Bowl” with half a boiled egg, sweet chilli and tomato dressing, quinoa, mango, radish, seaweed, beetroot, chili and edamame beans. Chocolate mousse with Easter Mini Egg on top, and an olive roll.

A tasty light meal! No menus but as expected. Sadly the Mini Egg on the top of the mousse had lost its crispy exterior but was still good.

The nervous flier on the outbound was also back on my return flight! The crew took great care in making sure the nervous flier was ok, taking her into the crew area and giving many soft drinks, chatting, and taking her mind off the turbulence. An excellent, efficient and lovely crew and a fab flight!

Edited to add: Around a 20 minute delay after pushing back as the A319 "needed a reboot" as "one of the computer systems had stopped working". Not sure what happened there, but as soon as the reboot was complete we took off very hastily!
