Previous system GOH could be booked using a certificate I did so with a Cat 1-4 in December 2023.

Also, I had trouble with Hyatt honoring the new GOH terms. Asked several agents some said yes then changed and said no in regards to applying an already gifted GOH certificate to a friend’s existing reservation which is allowed in the terms.
