Even with *A selected the TK West Coast nonstops do not show up on the United site. TK connections to IST through LHR/FRA/AMS do. Is this due to a limited marketing agreement or me not setting the preferences correctly?

You can't do what you're trying to do.
- TK discount fares cannot be issued by UA (there's a plating restriction in place)
- TK discount fares cannot be routed via LHR
- UA discount fares cannot be routed on flights operated by TK
- UA discount fares cannot be combined with TK discount fares on the same ticket
I put your itinerary into ITA Matrix and it can't find any solutions even when I turn inventory off -- not only isn't it allowing the discount fares to be combined, it doesn't seem to be allowing any flights at all to be combined using nonstop flights.
