Even with *A selected the TK West Coast nonstops do not show up on the United site. TK connections to IST through LHR/FRA/AMS do. Is this due to a limited marketing agreement or me not setting the preferences correctly?

Obviously I am assuming that two separate one ways will be a higher fare.
