I'm trying to search for award flights from the US to LHR, and want to include BA flights. Despite specifying "All Airlines" on the search form, the results page has "1 stop" and "American Airlines" listed as "Filter By" at the top, and only shows AA flights. This started happening for me a couple of days ago. When it first happened, I switched to an Incognito window and the problem went away, so I assumed it was some kind of session state bug. But now it's happening even in Incognito mode, and in a different browser that I've never used to access aa.com. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong (if anything) or what I can do to get non-AA flights to show up. It works fine if I search for revenue flights.
