IIRC they are to the right, you have to go past the immigration line. You will see a bunch of eGates with screens above them, and one says like *Japanese nationals and all others* or something like that. They will initially try to usher to the normal immigration gate, but just say eGate and show your TTP card and they will stop trying to usher you and let you go.
