Are you looking at revenue C or award C? You need to use the award search option in EF. It's extremely unlikely there would be 7 upgrades available at once on FCO-PHL, at any time of year.
Also, ignore any rows with connections -- what displays in EF is wrong (per the note at the top of the EF page).
