When I search on ExpertFlyer for a route, for example a winter flight from FCO to PHL, it shows me direct options with C 7 available, which should mean there are 7 business seats upgradeable with SWUs? If you are seeing C7 that suggests to me that either you are not using the award search but the regular availability search or that you are looking at award search results with connections
To get a correct view on upgrade availability, you need to use the award search and make sure to only check direct or non stop results
If you go to awards & upgrade availability search and check non stop results for FCO-PHL , what does it show?
