Frankly you would be better in PE for looking after the kids of that age.
Each biz seat is really individual. Maybe best in the rear biz cabin. Parents perhaps sit behind kids as this is much closer than across the aisle. Either A/B or J/K.
Alternatively go down one ‘column’ ie 9K, 10K, 11K, 12K.
Note there is a low wall between B and J.
