Booked Standard Room, received Premium Suite as temporary (waiting room), then moved to Executive Japanese Suite.

How are the rooms?

64sqm corner suite. To be honest, dated. (late 80s style)
50 inch SHARP LCD TV in the living, 32 inch SHARP LCD TV in the bedroom, Two bathrooms (one is shower only), and 2x day bed. Great view of Appi Kogen Ski Park.

[Executive Japanese Suite]
76sqm. Excellent! It looks recently renovated. Modern Japanese Tatami style room has Hinoki wood bath with views of Appi Kogen Ski Park. 50 inch SHARP LCD TV, Japanese Kotatsu style work area, 2x latest model TOTO Washlet toilet and sofa set. Guests must take off their shoes when entering the room.

Would you return?
Absolutely. If you are Ski lover, I definitely suggest to stay here instead of Hokkaido Niseko area. (Now Niseko is crazy expensive in everything.)
