Here is the all day menu available at The Pier First Class this month (March). The Rosewood menu was still available, and was the same as that in my post above.

The pan seared Atlantic salmon was great, but I wish there were some side options beyond rice. I guess in the future I could customise by requesting the fries from the burger, for example.

Given the minuscule portion size of the salmon, I also went for the Sichuan eggplant - this was bursting with flavour.

For dessert, the raspberry chocolate tart and a Hong Kong style milk tea.

Another great Dining Room experience.
