Here is the all day menu and the buffet options that were available at The Pier First Class in January.







My prelude to dinner was an espresso martini from the bar - complete with buzzer for the massage service. The massage service is operated by THIA Wellness Spa, with complimentary 15-minute options including a foot reflex massage, head massage, neck and shoulders massage or eye revitaliser.





I opted to try the new Rosewood set menu, starting with the organic Italian chickpeas velouté.



The Australian braised oyster blade was excellent.



As is often the case in the Dining Room, the dessert of mascarpone mousse was tiny, but flavoursome.



Service was attentive and professional throughout, and I was actively encouraged to eat much more than I wanted to.

When I first fully reviewed this lounge in 2019 (see my report here) I neglected to take a look at the showers, so here (in the catering thread of all places) are some shots of one of the excellently appointed shower suites - much larger than what you'll find at The Pier Business Class and including a handy chair and the pleasant Bamford amenities (which are also in the washrooms).
