Don't know if this is any help, but I flew their 767 C class SVO-JFK this summer. It is nothing to write home about. IFE was very basic, and the seats are old school club class -- both recline and legroom would be less than you would find in BA, etc.

I found their food (including black caviar) to be surprisingly good -- no mean acheivement given my general disdain for airline food and aversion to Russian cuisine. The cabin staff was also remarkably attentive, frequently coming by to discreetly place a bottle of water for me while I was asleep, and showing a general sense of initiative I find often lacking amongst FAs these days. At the same time, they were not a nuisance, and knew when to let one relax.

Clearly there are better C services out there, but for the price point, SU is not bad at all. Especially in the cases where one is able to "purchase" an upgrade from a Y fare on board.
